Wink to show efficient rotary die-cutting solutions at ICE Europe

Wink will exhibit for the first time at this year’s International Converting Exhibition (ICE) in Munich and show the full range of die-cutting tools for the converting industry on their stand.

Next to a comprehensive portfolio of PowerCut solid dies, Wink will also show a live demo of a die-cutting station with a specially developed combination of AirTec and VacTec cutting cylinders. The machine is designed to perfectly die-cut concentric rings and remove the waste parts with maximum efficiency in one step.

All Wink tools are perfectly customized to specific customer applications - from simple cylinders for small runs to complete die-cutting stations and tools for complex tasks and difficult-to-cut materials.

Highlights at ICE Europe:

  • PowerCut solid dies in various versions (e.g. for cardboard, plastic, non-woven materials) and a 'Pro' coating for maximum lifetime
  • Die-cutting stations – individually designed and with variable equipment
  • AirTec and VacTec cutting cylinders (with compressed air connection for suction/blowing out, e.g. to separate cut and waste parts)
  • Pin Eject dies (e.g. for medical goods)
  • Male/Female systems for simultaneous cutting and embossing
  • Machinery equipment (pressure gauges, funnels/suction devices etc.)
